The best advice for this question is to determine what you will need the case for the most? Think about how often you will use it for watersports and how far down you will go underwater. On each product page is the waterproof rating for each case, as well as demonstration and review videos to help give you as much information as possible.

How Can I Pay for My Order?
Our website uses PayPal for all payments. We find this to be the easiest and mot secure way for paying online. You can pay with your PayPal account (if you have one) or through the secure credit form at the PayPal screen (if you don;t have a PayPal account. If you prefer another method you can contact us here and we can give you instructions for Direct Debit, Cheque/Money order or credit card over the phone.

How Long Does Postage/Shipping Take
Within Australia we offer 2 shipping methods - normal postage or Express post. These are both send via Australia Post. Normal Post takes approx 2-5 days and express post is usually overnight.

Where are the Orders Shipped From
All products on our website are sent from the stock we carry here at our Blairgowrie, Victoria premises.

Do You Always Carry Stock?
Although most of the time we have stock of all products, for your convenience if an item is out of stock this will noted on the product page. If something is out of stock you can email us here to find out when we expect the next delivery to come in.

Can I order From Outside of Australia?
Yes.All prices are listen in Australian Dollars, but once you checkout at the PayPal screen, your order total will be converted to your preferred currency. We send all international orders same day/next day via Australia Post, and this roughly take between 5-10 working days depending on where you are.

Do You Really Use EVERY Case You Get In?
Yes we do. Before any product becomes available for sale we have taken out it surfing, or diving or swimming etc. to give it aq good run through and make sure it does not leak or damage your iPhone in any way. This means we have quite a collection of cases to choose from

What Cases Do You Like the Best?
They are all great and serve their own particular purpose. When it comes to daily use for a tough, fully waterproof and good looking case we would have to say the LifeProof, Otterbox & Escape Capsule models are own personal favourites.

Are the Cases Brand New?
Of course! They come in the original sealed box with manufacturer warranty and original packaging. The cases we use for testing we keep using ourselves or give away to our many happy friends :)

Where Are All Your Videos Filmed?
Most of the videos and reviews are from our local beaches here in Blairgowrie which is a seaside town on the Mornington Peninsula in Melbourne Australia. We have some videos when we travel up to Mt. Hotham and other mountains during the snow season. I love it down here and would not want to live anywhere else?

Do you offer refunds?
We are on-sellers for the manufacturers who make the phones, so we do not personally offer refunds. However there are manufacturer warranties for all the phones we stock, and details for these can be found on each product pages.
